1. Data controller

The data controller is Intelligenze Creative S.r.l., registered office at Via Costanzo Casana 65, 00121 Roma (RM), VAT no. IT13335951003, which manages the Site. Contact: info@creativoo.it.

2. Data we process

• Contact form data: name, email address, reason for contact and message text, given voluntarily.
• Browsing data: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, times) processed by the hosting provider to run and protect the Site.
• Accessibility preferences: stored only in your browser (see the Cookie Policy); they are not sent to us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering the requests we receive: pre-contractual measures or the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Site security and spam prevention, for example a limit on requests per IP address: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Legal, accounting and tax obligations if a request leads to a relationship (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a relationship follows, for its duration and the legal periods; they are then deleted or anonymised. For the anti-spam limit the IP address is held in memory only briefly, in unreadable (hashed) form.

5. Recipients and providers

Data is processed by authorised staff of the controller and by providers appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR: the platform hosting and developing the Site and the services used to deliver the message. The Site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers, so the visitor's IP address may be sent to Google. No data is disclosed publicly.

6. Transfers outside the EU

If a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante: www.garanteprivacy.it).
